In the Biesdorf Center Berlin, XR-Map technology was deployed to enable visitors an intuitive and interactive indoor navigation. By integrating a virtual assistant, a personalized navigation experience was created, significantly simplifying orientation within the shopping center and positively influencing the customer experience.

The virtual assistant Bea is not just a friendly face in the digital realm but also skillfully guides you through the shopping center, right to the shops and products you're looking for. Additionally, Mapstar's AR technology enables a lifelike presentation of vehicles and other products without the need for them to be physically present – an innovation that saves costs and protects the environment.

The introduction of XR-Maps at the Biesdorf Center has shown how digital innovations can enrich the shopping experience. By offering unique and interactive experiences, visitors were encouraged to extend their stay in the shopping center. This approach can enhance the attractiveness of the physical shopping location in the long term and offers new opportunities for marketing and customer engagement on site.
